Energy Consulting for ESCOs

Measurement & Verification

We provide measurement and verification to several ESCOs when they are short of staff. We provide Options A, B, C and D.

Savings that are not measured are savings that can be disputed. Our engineers hold CMVP certifications and write M&V plans and reports that hold up in front of owners, financiers and auditors.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac green financing programs require an energy and water audit report before better loan terms are released. We produce the reports these programs accept, on the schedule your lender needs.
